Weight loss, Bio-identical Hormone Replacement, and Thyroid Optimization  visits: patients are fully responsible for lab fee associated with obtaining blood work prior to starting treatment. Labs can be obtained through PCP, previous (no more than 6 months old) labs on record, we can provide a prescription for the patient to obtain lab work at their lab center of choice (at their own expense), or done in clinic for a fee ($100-$240)
